Innovative Hot Air Heater SAH-10S Series (Production of Previous 10H Series Has Been Continued)

High-temperature hot air heaters with heater enclosed in ∅0.511 (13) metal case covering the range 100 W to 800 W which is in most demand.

It is widely applied to areas where gas burners, high-frequency heating, laser heating were previously used, such as bending of metal and plastics, thermal fusion welding, welding, and brazing.

By replacing the conventional heating methods, significant advantages such as safety, economy, space-saving, energy saving clean and high speed heating can be obtained.

10S series

We have used our experience and customer requests to develop the new improved series.

A high-pressure resistant structure (0.6 MPa) has been made standard that can be installed in narrow spaces with measures for low molecular weight siloxane and compliance with RoHS. A 2-part structure has been adopted.

10H series

This series has a history of over 35 years. A total of approximately 100,000 heaters have been delivered to many factories and laboratories in Japan and overseas. It is known as a robust, ultra-compact, long life, and ultra-high temperature hot air heater.
