Line condensing type Lamp heater

Line condensing type (line condensing, strip condensing) Lamp heater unit with halogen lamp

Halogen Line Heater Unit

Heater unit which heats by irradiating condensed light as a line or a strip using a cylindrical halogen lamp.

Any heating length can be prepared. Products with a maximum length of 78.74 in (2000 mm) to 118.11 in (3000) mm can be manufactured

The products can be designed for any power supply voltage and output, but the maximum output will be 20 kW.

Maximum power 5 kW line heater

200V-5kW lamp combined with LHW-55/f25/L280/H18. The unit can have a large output as the halogen lamp is Ø0.708 in (18 mm).
The 200V-5kW model having an effective mirror length of 11.02 in (280 mm) perhaps has the strongest power in the industry.
The service life of this lamp life is set at 500 hours, service life can be set arbitrarily. However, the condensed width increases when a longer service life is set and maximum heating temperature is also reduced.

Heating experiment of insulating refractory bricks

The groove formed on the brick is by heating and melting with a 5 kW line heater (aluminum polished mirror) shown in the above figure.
The temperature inside the groove reaches 2732ºF (1500ºC) or more because the absorption of light improves once the groove starts forming with the irradiation. (Measured using a R thermocouple)

LHW-55/f25/L/H18 Ultra-compact halogen line heater unit

LHW-55/f25/L/H10 High performance halogen line heater unit H10 type (for Ø0.39 in (10 mm) lamp)

LHW-55/f25/L/H18 High performance halogen line heater unit H18 type (for Ø0.708 in (18 mm) lamp)

NIL Standard type line heater unit focal length Ø1.96 in (50 mm) old model. 25 years track record

PIL type Parabolic mirror type which reflects such that the rays are parallel. A surface heater can be created by placing multiple units closely next to each other.
