Halogen Line Heater Unit
Line and strip condensation lamp heater unit based on halogen lamp
Various types of line heaters can be selected from the list in this page
|
Lamp heater unit which heats by irradiating condensed light as a line or a strip using a cylindrical halogen lamp.
Various specifications as given below are supported with the maximum capacity. Also low cost and quick delivery have been achieved.
Any heating length can be prepared. Products with a maximum length of 78.74 in (2000 mm) to 98.42 in (2500) mm can be manufactured. The products can be designed for any power supply voltage and output, but the maximum output will be 20 kW.

Note: Basically the line heater is lit such that the lamp axis is horizontal. Installing vertically or diagonally, may cause deformation of filaments and overheating of the lamp sealing parts resulting in a shorter service life. However, there may be cases where measures can be provided, please contact Fintech.

Maximum power 5 kW line heater
200V - 5 kW lamp combined with LHW-55/f25/L280/H18. The unit can have a large output as the halogen lamp is ∅0.708 in (18 mm).
The 200V - 5 kW model having an effective mirror length of 11.02 in (280 mm) perhaps has the strongest power in the industry.
The service life of this lamp life is set at 500 hours, service life can be set arbitrarily. However, the condensed width increases when a longer service life is set and maximum heating temperature is also reduced.

Heating experiment of insulating refractory bricks
The groove formed on the brick is by heating and melting with a 5 kW line heater (aluminum polished mirror) shown in the above figure.
The temperature inside the groove reaches 2732ºF (1500ºC) or more because the absorption of light improves once the groove starts forming with the irradiation. (measured using a R thermocouple).
