Details
The process at Fintech is not intended for mass production. The processes have been set up such that even a single product of custom specification can be manufactured at a very low cost but in a shorter delivery time (few days).
However, since Fintech has the minimum required personnel, the delivery dates may have to be adjusted when there are multiple orders.

Demonstration of coiling (winding)

The process to create the heating element with a winding structure that is a feature of the Fintech hot air heaters.
Winding is completely manual in most cases because of small lot production of multiple products, semi-automatic winding shown in this video is also possible.
This method of winding is generally known as “Flower-winding”.
TIG (argon arc) Welding Demonstration

A welding method has been devised to enable simple, quick and reliable welding.
This method is used for the joints of the high temperature portions (heater tip and thermocouple welded portions) of Fintech heaters.
Sensor tip welding based on TIG welding

The video shows the argon arc welding used to weld the thermocouple tip of the sensor built-in heating element (temperature measuring unit).
Capacitor spot welding demonstration
Video
This method is used when welding materials that cannot withstand high temperatures such as lead wires. Heat is transferred only to the welded portions as the welding is carried out in a short period of time 1/100 seconds or less, and oxidization of the welded portions is almost nil.
